coaching:Let’s play table tennis! Table tennis course for boys and girls! Where: Belgian Gardens State School’s multipurpose hall. When: Tuesdays 3.15-4.15 pm. The course will run from 14 October to 2 December (Term 4). Coaching fee: $55 to be paid on the first or second day. More information? Call Terry at 47723486 or 0431099274 - or send an e-mail to us: ttatownsville@gmail.com Fixtures Our Fixtures, weekly games; are played in Terry's house 1 Howitt Street (at the corner Howitt and Warburton Street; the white Queenslander behind the bamboo). It will be on every Thursday at 3.30 to 5.00 pm, usually with a bit of practising/coaching before we start the Fixture-matches. We have two tables under Terry's house and use this as a temporary venue until we have enough interested players so that we can afford to rent another day at the school (or find another hall; ideas/information welcome!). The cost is $4.00 per session - and you do not need to come every time. If parents can stay that would also be helpful and you are responsible to bring and pick-up (as goes for the practising at the school on Tuesdays). If somebody have trouble taking the kids from the school to Terry's house on Thursdays, have a chat with Terry or Kaye Howell (Lance's mother) and might be we can help out. We are also hoping to have some interclub activities in on Saturdays but this is not yet clear. More information?
