FIJI 8-10 JANUARY 2013

Bula - and welcome to 2 1/2 days of intensive table tennis training in Fiji 8-10 January 2013! The training will lead up to
the Fiji Open Championships 11-13 January and will be held in the same hall; the former national gymnasium in the capital Suva. We can only take in a limited number of players – so be quick to contact us/enter your name!
A simular training camp was held in Fiji in December last year with great success. It was limited to 24 players and the participants came from Fiji, Salomon Islands, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, New Zealand and Australia, many of them were national junior representatives. A number of experienced national coaches and senior players helped out at the tables.
- Fiji Table Tennis welcomes overseas players to two and a half days of coaching in Suva! We believe that this will be a fantastic lead-up to the Fiji Open Championships, and that everybody will improve their skills and make new friends, Anthony Ho says. Anthony is the President of Fiji Table Tennis Association and a player and coach himself.
It will be two coaching sessions the first two days and one coaching session in the morning the third day. The cost of the training camp will be F$100; this is for the practising only, not accommodation or food. Lunch and refreshments can be provided for F$15 per day. A low price level make a stay in Fiji very reasonable - and we can help you with booking of hotel/accommodation.
- We will as last year keep the intensity up at the sessions, with plenty footwork exercises and multi-ball, Terry Dahl says. He is former National Coach of Fiji and Norway, with Level 3 Coaching Certificate from Sweden and Norway. Terry will be the head coach with a number of coaches helping out. Terry Dahl
