Israel/Syria:
Goliath, the famous giant slain by the later king
David, was about 12 feet (3,66 meters) tall. He was
one of the last giants, the Anakim. Another one was
Og. These giants were the offspings of the sons of
God and the daughters of men, as citied in Genesis
6:4. Also Goliath, according to the Bible, he had
six fingers and six toes. King David and his men had
many encounters with giants on the battlefield, both
of Goliath's family and from Egypt.

Norway,
England: Ganger-Rolv, "Rolv the Walker", later
known as Rollo, was a Norwegian viking. He was a giant
so tall that no horse could carry him. Ganger-Rolv was
outlawed from Norway by the tyrant king Harald Haarfagre,
and left the country with his men. He then, in the year
885, captured the city of Paris with a fleet of seven
hundred viking-ships, and later became the ruler of
Normandy. The earls in Normandy are descended from Rollo,
and consequently so are all English kings.

Ireland: Strand
magazine, December 1895: "Pre-eminent among the
most extraordinary articles ever held by a railway company
is the fossilized Irish giant, which is at this moment
lying at the London and North-Western Railway Company's
Broad street goods depot, and a photograph of which
is reproduced here. This monstrous figure is reputed
to have been dug up by a Mr. Dyer whilst prospecting
for iron ore in County Antrim. The
principal measurements are: entire length, 12ft. 2in.;
girth of chest, 6ft. 6in.; and length of arms, 4ft.
6in. There are six toes on the right foot. The gross
weight is 2 tons 15cwt.; so that it took half a dozen
men and a powerful crane to place this article of lost
property in position for the Strand magazine."

Irak:
The Sumerian culture might be the oldest in the world
- where sivilisation was born. You can still find
Sumerian statues and encarvings showing their gods/kings
- with six fingers. Their gods taught them everything
- even mathematics based on the six digits system.
No wonder - since they had six fingers! The sumerian
believed that their gods came from stars - the Pleiads.
Numerous
Sumerian seals depict them as men of gigantic stature.
They are often taller than members of their courts,
even when depicted seated on thrones. In the numerous
seals that show them standing, they tower above those
standing next to them.

Turkey:
According to an engineer that lived in the Middle
East from 1938 to 1968: In south-east Turkey in the
Euphrates Valley and in Homs and at Uran-Zohra, tombs
of about four meters long once existed, but now roads
and other construction work has destroyed the spots.
At two places, when unearthed because of construction
work, the leg bones were measured about 120 cms. A
model of one of the bones found can be seen at Mt.
Blanco Fossil Museum (sculpted by Joe Taylor). The
sculpture is mounted over a drawing to scale to show
how large this person was (12-14 feet).

| Egypt:
The kings of ancient Egypt were often said to be giants.
The king Khasekhemui (also spelled Khasekhemwy and Khasekhem,
ca. 2690 BC) was the final ruler of the Second Dynasty.
He was 5 cubits and 3 palms high, about 8 English feet
(2.44m), if the short cubit of 17.4 inches were used
. If we use the ‘Royal Cubit’ his height increases
to 14ft, 7in (4.45 meters)! |

Greece:
Prometheus was one of the "titans", a group
of semi-divine beings in the Greek myths that rebelled
against the gods. Prometheus, one of the leaders of
the rebellion, stole the secret of fire from Zeus
and gave it to mankind. As part of his punishment,
Zeus chained Prometheus to the Caucasus mountains,
where he remains to this day. Prometheus was also
closely involved with the creation of man and recognized
as the pioneer of civilization. The Titans were giants.

Egypt:
The famous pharaoh Ramses II was a real giant of his
time. He was not as tall as the giants described in
the Bible and other scriptures, but at 2 meters he was
1/2 meter taller than the average person in Egypt. Examinations
of his mummy showed that that he had blond hair. He
also lived much longer than most people; he was about
90 years old when he died.

England:
There is a lore which claims that King Arthur piloted
an ark during the Deluge, and this legend also relates
that he stood just over nine feet tall. King Henry II,
inspired by stories that Arthur was buried at Glastonbury,
dispatched a team there to excavate the area. At a depth
of nine feet they found a lead cross inscribed with
the words: “Here lies the body of King Arthur.”
Sixteen feet below that was a stone sarcophagus containing
the bones of a man nine feet tall.

Ireland,
Greece: Cuculainn is called the Irish Hercules, and
according to the legends came to Ireland in a ship when
his homeland was destroyed by a flood. Interestingly,
he seems to equate with the South American white god
Kukulcan, a figure of “very tall stature”
who arrived on a boat telling much the same story. Hercules
in the Greek/Roman myhtology was one of the Titans,
giants. He carried the world upon his shoulders and
is said to have piloted an ark.

| Unknown
(Turkey?): The giant was 10 feet tall and his tomb was
28 feet long. Half of the tomb was filled with his armor
and spear. The Technical Sergeant is holding his turban
which has a brass liner inside. |

Canary
Islands (Spain but in the Atlantic close to Africa):
Ancient Cro-Magnon type giants were more than 2 meters
high tall. Besides blue-eyed blondes, some were red-haired.

Africa
In
1936, two French archaeologists, Lebeuf and Griaule,
led an expedition to Chad in North Central Africa. They
found large numbers of mounds around Fort Lamy and Goulfeil.
Deciding to investigate, they dug up several egg-shaped
funeral jars that contained the remains of a gigantic
race, along with pieces of their jewelry and their works
of art. These giants, according to the natives, were
called the Saos.

| At
Agadir in Morocco, reports Peter Kolosimo, the French
captain Lafanechere "discovered a complete arsenal
of hunting weapons including five hundred double-edged
axes weighing seventeen and a half pounds, i.e. twenty
times as heavy as would be convenient for modern man.
Apart from the question of weight, to handle the axe
at all one would need to have hands of a size appropriate
to a giant with a stature of at least 13 feet."

Asia
| China:
The archaeologists are said to have found some of the
earliest skeletal remains of giants,and insist they
once had among them some men as much as fifteen feet
tall. There are tales of porters who guarded the gates
of Peking who were of immense height, and that the emperor
of China in 1555 entertained and fed five hundred of
such men for archers of his guard. |

The giant Chang Woo Gow showed himself in England in
1865/1866 at the old Egyptian Hall in Piccadilly. A
courtly gentleman and able scholar, he was invited to
visit the Prince and Princess of Wales. He stood eight
feet two inches. He was not the tallest in his family,
however, for one sister measured eight feet four inches. |

| Philippines,
Sri Lanka, Bangladesh: A human skeleton 5.2 m (17 ft)
tall was unearthed at Gargayan in the Philippines. In
Sri Lanka explorers found the remains of humans about
4 m tall, and at Tura in Assam, near the border of Bangladesh,
a human skeleton measuring 3.4 m was discovered. |

| The
Japanese narrate that when their forefathers after a
great catastrophe about two and a half or three thousand
years ago, came from the continent and invaded the isles,
they found there long-legged, furry giants. These giants
were called Ainu. The forefathers of the Japanese were
defeated in the first encounter, but in the second encounter
they were victorious. |
